From professionally designed training programs and functional classes to fun, social runs, our training programs are so much more than just working out. From day one, you will be part of a running/walking community where our experienced coaches will work out with you and cheer you on.     • Train with us this Fall for our local First Light Half
    • Train with us and let's take the fun in New Orleans to run the Rock N' Roll Half or Full

Program Start: Saturday, July 1st at 7:00am
Program Fee: Early bird registration $65.00 until May 31st, on June 1st the fee increases to $75.00, then August 1st to $85.
Description: WHAT IS BEAT THE HEAT: "Beat The Heat" is a 6-week structured training program with Run Specific Workout every Wednesday and Crosstraining Workout every Saturday. The program is designed to guide you safely and effectively into running and staying in shape, while learning valuable information on healthy living for life. Perfect for people who do not run at all, have a hard time starting, are unsure what to do or need accountability, especially in these HOT summer months! This program starts out walking for some or with intervals and slowly builds into running.
